Development and Deputy Manager, across all sites and provisions, as directed, delivering therapeutic intervention and support.

Duties to include:
Work under the direction of the Director for Wellbeing and Staff Development and Deputy Manager.
Lead on the provision and therapeutic interventions for Collingwood Connect, Reconnect and specialist services including any future expansion sites.
Have a specialism in Mental Health support, talking therapy and/or counselling/ELSA etc.
Be based at Collingwood Main site and work across all sites and provisions as directed.
Work alongside the Wellbeing team and colleagues in Pastoral to support pupils day to day.
Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups; produce timetables of sessions; review and evaluate delivery; monitor and assess progress in line with school policies and systems.
Support teaching staff to identify pupil needs; identify strategies and provide support/training in conjunction with the Director for Wellbeing and Staff Development and Deputy Manager.
Day to day organisation of their time and sessions in collaboration with the Deputy Manager and Director for Wellbeing and Staff Development.
Overview of the quality and provision for therapies and wellbeing in their area of responsibility.
Delivering on aspects of the Wellbeing Development Plan and School Development Plan.
Report to and regularly update the Director for Wellbeing and Staff Development and Deputy Manager on all aspects of the role day to day.
Work with external partners and services.
Administration of medications and First Aid; support the Lead as required.
Deliver aspects of the CPD provision across school.
Support the development and delivery of parent engagement.
Communicate with parents and carers supporting their wellbeing as required.
Work alongside the Wellbeing team and colleagues in Pastoral to support pupils day to day.

These duties are in addition to the HLTA standards.
Any other duties as directed by the Director for Wellbeing and Staff Development.
