Pupil Progress

In September 2020 we introduced a new assessment system called the Collingwood Phases and we are beginning to collate information from each class group to show the progress pupils are making in each subject.

Under our old assessment system we were able to determine that 89% of targets were met or exceeded across all subjects.

From September 2020 we will be tracking social as well as academic skills across the school.

From July 2021 to July 2022 the following qualifications were achieved:

23 students gained Foundation GCSE in Maths.
15 students gained Foundation GCSE in Biology.
1 student gained a Higher GCSE in Biology.
1 student gained a Higher GCSE in Physics.
3 students gained a GCSE in Computing Science.
5 students gained BTEC Level 1 Award in Construction.
12 students gained BTEC Level 1 Certificate in Workskills.
2 students gained BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Workskills.
1 student gained BTEC Level 1 First Award in Sport.
1 studentsgained BTEC Level 2 Award in Home Cooking Skills.
6 students gained Functional Skills Level 1 in English
3 students gained Functional Skills Level 2 in English
15 students gained Functional Skills English at Entry Level 1, Entry Level 2 & Entry Level 3.
29 students gained Functional Skills Maths at Entry Level 1, Entry Level 2 & Entry Level 3.
21 students gained Additional English Entry Pathways at Entry Level 2 and Entry Level 3.
21 students gained Creative Media & Performance Arts Entry Pathways at Entry Level 2 & Entry Level 3.
12 students gained accreditation in Creative iMedia (Level/2).
3 students gained accreditation in BCS Level 1 Smart Digital Award in E-Safety
57 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Geography, History & Beliefs & Values.
24 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Science Short Course.
6 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Animal Care Short Course.

From July 2020 to July 2021 the following qualifications were achieved:

22 students gained Foundation GCSE in Maths.
13 students gained Foundation GCSE in Biology.
6 students gained their GCSE in Art & Design.
9 students gained BTEC Level 1 Award in Construction.
6 students gained BTEC Level 1 Certificate in Workskills.
53 students gained Entry Level 1-3 Certificates in either Maths, English or Science
14 students gained Functional Skills English at Entry Level 3, Level 1 & Level 2.
2 students gained Entry Level 1-2 Certificates in Computer Science.
8 students gained accreditation in Creative iMedia.
21 students gained Entry Levels 2-3 in ICT & Creative, Media & Performance Arts
9 students gained Entry Level 3 in Occupational Studies for the Workplace.
9 students gained Entry Level 3 in ASDAN Employability.
13 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Lifeskills Challenge.
13 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Geography, History & Beliefs & Values.

From July 2018 to July 2019 the following qualifications were achieved:

7 students achieved Foundation GCSE in Maths.
2 students obtained the Arts Award
37 students gained Entry Level 1-3 Certificates in either Maths, English or Science.
2 students gained Functional Skills qualifications in English at Entry Level 3
12 students gained either diploma or certificate accreditation in ASDAN Lifeskills
8 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Bronze award.
19 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Lifeskills Challenge.

From July 2019 to July 2020 the following qualifications were achieved:

16 students gained Foundation GCSE in Maths and Combined Science.
33 students obtained accreditation in BTEC Workskills
35 students gained Entry Level 1-3 Certificates in either Maths, English or Science.
19 students gained Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths at Entry Levels 1-3
6 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Employability
13 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Bronze award.
7 students gained accreditation in ASDAN Lifeskills Challenge.
