Collingwood School and Media Arts College is committed to educating our pupils about environmental concerns and the importance of living sustainably. Healthy is a key school value at our school:
We provide opportunities to go beyond personal health and consider a ‘healthy world’. Through our curriculum and additional provision, children explore not just their role in helping the environment but in how they can shape their community and the world they will grow up in.
Our climate change team consists of:
- Ben Alpin Assistant head Woodlands – Climate lead
- The School Business Manager (sustainability lead)
- Humanities Lead teacher
- Outdoor Learning team

The plan is split into two sections:

- Section 2: Action Plan for change
In addition we will commit to do the following;
All classrooms to have a rough paper box
All classrooms to have recycling bins
